While running an HVX/Arri/Kino test, I asked an old friend to sit and play something on the guitar while I messed around with the camera. He ended up busting out a nice version of a song he wrote, so I thought I’d share….
Last year I had the special privilege of spending a few months as the interim Production Specialist on Cook Children’s marketing team in Fort Worth. During that time, I got to hang out with the guys and gals of their Teddy Bear Transport Team. I went out on numerous calls, via ambulance or helicopter, where sick children were to be brought back to Cook Children’s in order to receive the specialized care they needed. I kept the camera rolling and then put together a brief story on these very special people doing a very important job.
It’s never too late for some Christmas cheer.
Last month, the guys (and girls) at Red Productions asked me to man the 5D and shoot their annual Christmas Card. Always good to get back in the Foch St studio.
